Geofilter

Where each product can ship.

Each Solution has its own geographic targeting, tied to licensing and our ability to operate. This is not marketing filtering — it's the legal contour: where we can sell, what compliance requirements apply, and what stack the operator needs on day one.

Geofilter governs three things at deal level: (1) the licensed jurisdictions each Solution can be sold into; (2) the compliance requirements per regulator (KYC, RG, AML, reporting) that shape onboarding timeline and cost of setup; (3) the stack the operator needs at launch (e.g. US sweeps requires virtual-currency wallet + prize-redemption logic from day one).

Compliance FAQ

Questions operators ask legal about us.

Is Turbo Stars MGA licensed?

Turbo Stars supports operators holding MGA Malta licences and operates under MGA-compliant architecture for Tier-1 casino deployments. The platform ships with MGA-required KYC, AML, responsible gambling (RG) tooling, and the regulatory reporting feeds built in. If your lawyers need technical specifics, email sales@turbostars.io and we'll send a compliance pack.

Is the Turbo Stars platform GDPR-compliant?

Yes. The Turbo Stars platform is GDPR-aligned: data residency is configurable per jurisdiction, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is signed before integration begins, and player data is tenant-isolated — no cross-operator data sharing. Consent management and right-to-erasure flows are built into the operator console.

Does Turbo Stars have a SOC 2 certification?

SOC 2 audit is currently in motion. The platform is penetration-tested annually by a Big Four security partner, and per-tenant data isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level. If SOC 2 certification is a hard requirement for your procurement process, contact us early — we can share the current posture documentation and timeline.

What responsible gambling (RG) tools does the platform include?

The Turbo Stars platform ships with a full responsible gambling toolset: deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion (including third-party RG registry integrations), reality checks, and spend summaries. RG tooling is licence-aware — MGA and Swedish licence tracks have stricter mandatory defaults applied automatically.

Can Turbo Stars operate in the UK?

No. UK operations are explicitly excluded from the Turbo Stars Platform (casino PAM). The UK Gambling Commission is a separate licensing track with distinct technical standards that we have not completed. We do not sell into or support UKGC-regulated operations at this time.

What AML capabilities does the platform include?

The platform includes AML monitoring at the wallet level: transaction pattern analysis, PEP/sanctions screening (via integrated third-party feeds), source-of-funds flags, and a reporting queue for suspicious activity. ML-based risk scoring runs on every financial event and surfaces high-risk players to the operator's compliance dashboard in real time.

How is player data isolated between operators?

Turbo Stars uses per-tenant data isolation at the infrastructure level — each operator's player data is logically separated and no cross-operator enrichment or data sharing occurs. Operators retain full ownership of their player data. DPA terms establish data controller/processor responsibilities clearly before integration begins.
