Pre-GA, operators ran each product under its own wallet. Cross-sell needed a hand-off. Players noticed.
From this week, the documented target architecture for new operators and migration partners uses a shared wallet and central KYC/AML orchestration. Product- and jurisdiction-specific eligibility checks still apply; “shared” means one governed control plane, not one verification rule for every product.
Tier-2 partners running the GA build through Q1 reported a measurable lift on LTV and cross-product activation compared to the legacy split-wallet baseline. Specific figures are partner-reported and stay with the operator. The platform-level point: the friction to a player's first cross-product bet is now zero.
